Welcome to the Workforce Investment Board!

In partnership with the Napa County Board of Supervisors and in accordance with the Federal Workforce Investment Act, the Napa-Lake Workforce Investment Board (NLWIB) oversees workforce development activities in Napa and Lake Counties and establishes programs and services in response to the job and workforce needs of our area. Our publically funded and demand-driven programs and services are designed to serve both employers and job seekers, as well as youth.

At the center of our local workforce development system is our Business & Career Centers which are operated by WorkforceNapa and WorkforceLake, both consortiums of local service providers. Along with our youth program service providers, these important community resources offer a wealth of training and employment resources to assist both businesses and job seekers.
